RQI: Resuscitation Quality Improvement program

News and Updates RSS

The implementation of RQI across Nova Scotia Health is another step forward in achieving your vision to achieve excellence in health, healing and learning through working together. Supporting your core values, the RQI program applies an innovative spaced-learning model with directive skills feedback to verify the learners’ competence in the gold standard of High-Quality CPR mastery.

Low-dose, high-frequency education (quarterly instead of annual training) is proven to sustain knowledge and skills more effectively over time and at a higher level of quality. This leads to high-quality CPR performance and competence, in turn maximizing lifesaving outcomes from cardiac arrest.
